Managing Staff Lists

Within the staff list menu screen is a staff management tool that will allow you to delete staff by location, rename a location, and find duplicate entries.

From the main menu tap on "config" then tap on "Edit Staff"

Locate the "manage" button in the upper right and tap to expose the popout dialog.

Select the management function you would like to perform.

(1) "Delete Staff" allows you to delete staff by location. Selection a location and all staff listed under that location will be permanently removed from your database.

(2) "Rename Building / Location" will allow you to rename a building name / location with one action.

(3) "Find Duplicate Entries" allows you to sort, find, and delete duplicate staff entries by staff name and/or email address. (Feature to be released soon.)
